What are the minimum age requirements?Renters must be 21 years or above at the time of rental.

What should I do if I receive a traffic offence/parking notice?All fines or offences related to all Fair Deal vehicles are processed by our team and subsequent notification and costs are invoiced to the customer via message. We suggest our drivers to pay the fine via DUBAI POLICE APP. For every traffic fine payed by Fair Deal you will be charged a nominal fee to cover administration charges.

What must I do in the event of an accident?In the unfortunate circumstances of an accident or damage to the vehicle, you must notify the police immediately. A police report is mandatory in such cases otherwise you will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage on the vehicle. Fair Deal emergency staff is always there to help you with any problem.

What is your policy on fuel?The Hirer should return the vehicle with the same fuel level as given. If not, the hirer will be charged the cost of fuel plus a service charge.

What is Insurance Excess?The customer will be responsible to settle the Insurance Excess or deductible amount listed on the Vehicle Hire Agreement in the event of any damage or loss (including fire and theft) caused to the vehicle provided it is used, operated or driven in conformity with the Vehicle Hire Agreement. A valid police report is mandatory.

What is the mileage policy?Standard mileage contracts: 3 days = 250 per day 1 week = 1400km 1 month = 4500km For monthly rentals, custom mileage package can be tailored for the specific need of a customer and price will be adjusted accordingly. If a customer exceeds the agreed mileage defined in their contract, the cost for additional mileage is 0.5-1dhs depending on the car model.
